Where emergency medical assistance is necessary, this is provided by the Assistance Company within the terms and conditions of the policy, and when making contact with them you are requesting medical assistance in advance of filing a claim.
If you have been admitted to hospital, advised to return home early, you must contact the Assistance Company immediately where practically possible on the reference shown on your policy certificate.
