How to make a claim

If you wish to make a claim, please click on the appropriate link below, complete, and send any relevant documentation to the address provided during the submission process.

When making a claim you will be dealing with IM Global who is the claims and assistance service provider for ClearSkies Travel Insurance.

The brands sitting behind ClearSkies Is ‘Insure With Ease’ and ClearSkies Plus is ‘Good To Go’.

Assistance Company

Where emergency medical assistance is necessary, this is provided by the Assistance Company within the terms and conditions of the policy, and when making contact with them you are requesting medical assistance in advance of filing a claim.

If you have been admitted to hospital, advised to return home early, you must contact the Assistance Company immediately where practically possible on the reference shown on your policy certificate.
